Photography Services

I specialize in events, outdoor photography corporate events, model photoshoots, real estate, and commercial photos.

Please contact me if you would like to have a photoshoot around East Tennessee, I will travel to the the Smoky Mountains or areas around Knoxville.

Real Estate Photo Pricing:

$175 for at least 25 Photos up to 3000 sq ft.

$210 for at least 25 Photos from 3000 sq ft. to 4500 sq ft.

Above 4500 sq ft, please call.    I say at least 25 photos, as you will always get 25 photos at a minimum.  If I feel 25 photos don’t show a full representation of a property, I will include more photos included in the price.

Additional Fees:

$10 per photo for neighborhood common areas per photo.  Free if I have already photographed the common area previously.

$10 additional per High Definition photo.

I will retain copyright for photos taken.  Photos sent to agent will have permission to use photos for listing until property is sold.  If photos are used for other purposes a different price will have to be settled.  I use PayPal (this being the fastest way) or Check.

Preliminary photos will either be posted here with a password, with an email link sent to you, or emailed with a watermark.

I usually can email finished photos the next day.  Payment will be prior to releasing finished photos. Finished photos will be 800 by 600 unless requested otherwise, watermark removed.
